Property Inspection Report (Basic) / Pre-purchase
Basic visual walk-through inspection covering the following critical areas:

5.   Safety, Security, Regulatory checks i.e. unsafe & illegal renovation

Pre-Purchase
Inspection Report
Before purchasing a property (secondary market), a thorough visual inspection is useful to report on major and minor defects in and around the house and garden, including an environmental check. Up to 300 aspects inspected and assessed to satisfy your condition of purchase offer.

Defects Liability Inspection Report
A comprehensive visual inspection and a report prepared on behalf of the Client for the purpose of submitting to the Developer or Contractor for making good defects under defects liability claims. When should it be done?
Upon Vacant Possession and before the expiry of the Defects Liability Period. Or anytime from the date of Vacant Possession to before the expiry of the Defects Liability Period, provided that extensive renovations have not been carried out

House Construction Inspection Report

Building Condition Status Report (Dilapidation Report) / Pre and Post Construction Condition Survey
Before the commencement of a demolition, construction or development an inspection of structural condition of the surrounding buildings. All visual defects in the form of cracks, settlement, water seepage, corrosion of reinforcement, subsidence and other building defects will be formally recorded with photographs.
A Post-Construction Condition Survey will highlight any building defects that have occurred (or caused by the construction works) since the first survey, or after a construction.
