The Architect Centre Property Inspection is an essential element in the home-buying process. The architect goes around the grounds, floors, roof and all through the property, reporting on any visible faults.

A comprehensive 300 point checklist report includes identification of defects, possible causes and suggestions on remedying the defects. A specialist trade guide is also referenced for rectifications or improvements. There’s also a same day verbal report by telephone so Clients can act fast. Clients will have an informed basis to negotiate on a reasonable price while ensuring a higher quality
