Post-Purchase Inspection
A systematic visual inspection of an existing property providing an analysis of the building condition after the purchase.
Established Property Inspection
A systematic visual inspection of an existing property completed for the home-owner as a routine safety check and maintenance.
Pre-Tenancy and Post-Tenancy Inspection
A systematic visual inspection of an existing property prior to the rental by a tenant, providing an analysis of the building condition. To be followed up with an additional inspection on completion of the rental period.
Pre-Renovation Inspection
Inspects the condition of an existing building prior to the commencement of renovation.

Inspection
The architect makes an inspection appointment with the client or real estate agent
Completion of Report
A same-day verbal report to Client shall be made by the architect and the report shall be mailed to the Client within 7 business days. View our sample report.
